Recipes are free of dairy, sugar and white flour. Among everyone’s favorite recipes are: nutritional healing broth, live creamy corn chowder, almonnaise (delicious mayonnaise substitute), a variety of salad dressings, vegetable pate, tofu scramble, live and cooked vegetable marinara, a variety of dipping sauces and spreads, vegetable tarragon soup and fruit gelato!
