By definition, “Coaching is an ongoing relationship focusing on clients taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery, while imparting new knowledge, to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.”
“For years now I have been consulting with clients regarding their health and wellness. I initially taught a basic foundation for them to build a lifestyle around. What I found with most of my clients was they wanted to learn how to eat healthy. They wanted the process made simple to fit their busy lives and they wanted it structured so they would succeed and not quit.
As I worked with them over the years, I realized they needed even more. They needed a holistic approach to health and well-being, which means healing the mind, body and spirit. The same was true for me. With both of my victories over cancer, I had to heal my mind, body & spirit. As an example, through coaching myself to over-come cancer, I came to realize what a powerful force fear was in my life. Once I realized it, I had to address it and do the work to release myself from its grip. Once that work was done, I found cancer no longer had a hold on me.
Many people have told me, I was born to be a natural coach. I have been graced with some extraordinary gifts, but one of my greatest gifts is to inspire and motivate people to live. This gift combined with my Herbalist Training, Transformational Life Coaching Training and Personal Life Experience makes me highly qualified. From my training and experience, I created the “7 Steps To Wellness” Program. Within 30 days of working through the “7 Steps”, your health and your life can be transformed.
Anyone going through a health issue or weight issue will benefit from my coaching and cheerleading. I’m in your corner to see you through to the finish line.” - Agi |
