As you probably know by now, I'm a two-time cancer survivor. This second time, over 2 ½ years ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that metastasized to my bones and abdominal fluid. This time around was much different than the first time with cancer. My body was withering away while at the same time filling with fluid. Almost overnight my abdomen filled with fluid to the point of looking like I was 9 months pregnant. With my natural health experience and Herbalist education I jumped right in and began doing everything I knew to do.
Honestly, I was scared in the beginning. My skin broke out with lumps and bumps throughout my body. Even on my scalp and my private parts. Yikes! All I kept thinking is "Faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains". I believed it.
So, I decided I needed help fast. I was willing to try alternative healing modalities I wasn't used to. First a healing energy worker and then a hypnotherapist. Both were amazing and so willing to help me. It took a few times with the hypnotherapist for me to feel completely comfortable. He honored my beliefs and made me feel very safe. He guided me through a powerful relaxation visualization and allowed me to create my own Healing Garden.
The Healing Garden I created is the same one I guide you to in Healing Garden CD. It's a tropical paradise where I saw a refection of myself. My HEALED self. With great excitement and anticipation, I stepped (merged) into my healed body. Wow! It felt great.
Remember, my body was wasting away and I was drowning in fluid. I was dropping weight like crazy. My body looked like a starving child in Africa. So for me to feel what it felt like to be healed again was transforming.
Each time after a session with the hypnotherapist I felt healed. My confidence level increased and I found myself saying, "I am healed. It's just going to take some time for my body to catch up." During the following three months I couldn't wait to get alone time to go to the Healing Garden and merge into my healed body.
And the dolphins! I was so excited to visit my friends, the dolphins. In producing the CD, I've included dolphin sounds, birds chirping and the waterfall.
With 100% certainty I know the turning point from stage 4 cancer for me was merging into my healed body. The two people that helped me most during the initial healing phases were my hypnotherapist and energy worker. They believed in my healing and that's exactly what I needed.
I've recorded two versions of the Healing Garden CD. One version is generic and will not interfere with any belief or religion. The second version is specifically for people of the Christian faith (Jesus walks with you and stands beside you in the Garden).
